25 años de Super Mario Bros. de NINTENDO

En estos dias esta cumpliendo sus 25 años uno de los personajes mas queridos del mundo, y no solo del mundo de los video juegos sino un personaje directamente relacionado con la tecnología y que seguramente sirvió para influenciar a varios de nosotros a estudiar ciencias de la computación y a programar software.

Me refiero por supuesto a Mario Bros. que fué uno de los primeros juegos de NINTENDO que "pegaron de verdad", y que muchos de nosotros seguramente recordara haber terminado o "topado" y rescatado a la Princesa Peach de las manos de Bowser (Koopa).


Las repetitivas cancioncitas de los niveles con agua, el cielo, los castillos de Koopa y clato, como olvidarse de los Koopa Troopa, y de los amigos de Mario, Luigi, Toad, etc.

Mario ha evolucionado desde los 8 bits, pasando por los 16 , 32, 64 bits y llegando hasta el 3D y ha pasado por todas las consolas de NINTENDO, portátiles o no, emuladores para la computadora, y claro, los arcades (en los 80's).

Inclusive NINTENDO ha sacado una edición limitada especial de la consola de juegos Wii, que es color rojo y trae los juegos ya clásicos de Mario.
